While visiting the site of the Dizengoff Street terror shooting perpetrated by Arara resident Nashat Milhem, Prime Minister Netanyahu said on January 2nd that the days of lax gun enforcement in Arab villages, of a "state within a state" are over.
The Vayigash website has consistently reported warnings by Israeli Arabs that the unchecked and growing crime waves in the Arab sector will eventually spill over onto Jewsih victims as well. It remians to be seen whether Netanyahu's words will be backed up by significant actions.
